What my schedule looks like

People say:
There is no rest for the weary
I sure feel weary most days. Here is a general rundown of what a typical day looks like for me.
- 7:30 – Wake up / shower – I know it is pretty late
- 8:20 – Out the door to WORK 1
- 1 pm – Home for Lunch
- 2 pm – Back to WORK 1
- 5 pm – Finish WORK 1
- 5 pm – Eat dinner & get ready for WORK 2 / Also sometimes go to WORK 3
- 6 pm – Drive to WORK 2
- 6:30 pm – Arrive WORK 2
- 11:30 pm – Leave WORK 2
- Midnight – Arrive home get ready for bed
- 1:30 – 2 am – Go to sleep
Then Rinse & Repeat. I have off on Saturday, but I head to WORK 2 on Sunday evening at 5:30. I have been working this schedule for about 9 months now. I normally get into a groove and it’s not exactly unbearable. But throw in a dentist appointment on Monday morning at 8 am or a day off mid-week and it really does destroy my momentum (and personally just pisses me off).
Let me go into a little detail on WORK 1, WORK 2, & WORK 3.
WORK 1 – My normal 40 hrs/week job. The idea/plan is that once we can get all of our finances under control, this will be our primary source of income.
WORK 2 – In my mind, this is a temporary position. I average 30 hrs/week here and will resign once our bank account is under control. This job does offer flexibility, so I can go in a little earlier or later as I choose. But I am required to be there (no working from home 🙁 . )
WORK 3 – This is the freelance computer work that I have picked up via word of mouth along with newsletter editing & distribution. It’s more of a “work when I want” and pulls in a small amount monthly, which is nice.
Along with these three incomes I hope to add additional revenue streams, mainly passive, in the next few weeks.
